The BMW Born Foundation (BBF) restores vehicles while restoring people. We provide hands-on training to individuals who have been marginalized, equipping them with technical skills in engine repair, body work, interiors, electrical systems, and automotive restoration, alongside marketing and entrepreneurship skills.
Through mentorship, real-world experience, and structured pathways, BBF serves as a stepping stone to permanent employment, advanced training, and sustainable careers, helping participants build confidence, competence, and a future they can drive forward.

This foundation is in honor of Howard E. Kerr, Sr., a true BMW enthusiast who loved cars, but loved people even more. Howard wanted to see people thrive and live up to their true potential.
